Hourly Rental: $35/hr
Half Day (4 hours): $126
Full Day (8 hours): $238
Rate for Community Room:
Hourly Rental: $25/hr
Half Day (4 hours): $90
Full Day (8 hours): $170
Rate for Kitchen:
Hourly Rental: $40/hr
Half Day (4 hours): $144
Full Day (8 hours): $272
*10% discount for a half day, 15% discount for full day
*anything over 8 hours is an additional hourly charge
To reserve your space, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please note that deposits are non-refundable within seven days of the event. For cancellations made eight or more days in advance, 15% of the deposit will be retained. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
